Hammonds Training Services is a subsidiary of Hammonds Catering Services Ltd. As caterers and trainers we know the importance of hygiene standards and food safety procedures.

If you employ or your organisation employs staff who handles and produce food, there is a legal obligation to ensure each individual is trained in food safety, to the appropriate level their job requires.

We are a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health Training Centre with qualified instructors offering level 2 and level 3 Courses and Awards in Food Safety Training in Catering, Manufacturing and Retailing
